Itanos hotel refurbished building welcomes its guests and offers them many common areas and facilities such as the reception, the lobby area, restaurants, bars, a pastry shop, a multifunctional hall, renovated rooms and suites. Furthermore, at the sandy beach of Sitia the hotel offers beach facilities and sea sports. The hotel has Roof-top Pool and Deck with sun-beds. Also there is a Gym with sea view. There is also Spa with Steambath - Sauna - Massage.
Reception
A 24-hours operated reception desk, welcomes any requests and provides guidance and alternatives for our facilities and services. The helpful efficient staff is willing to assist and inform you about any choices in our town and region and in any personal daily activities and excursions.
Lobby area
The hotel's lobby area, is a convenient meeting and relaxation point 24 hours a day while provides to the customers sat Tv and netbooks (small laptops) free of charge in case they want to be connected to the internet with the hotel's Wi-Fi.
Restaurants
Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10:30 am in buffet style. Also at the customer's request it can be offered early (Early Breakfast).
The hotel's restaurants also feature Take Away in lunch boxies.
Room Service – From 8:00-21:00 the items of the bar and restaurant menu can be served in the room.

Booking Policy
The option of "free cancellation" does not require down payment and can be canceled at no cost up to three (3) days prior to arrival. For cancellation within the last three days before arrival, the cost of one night will be charged. For cancellation the day of arrival or non-show, the total cost of the booking will be charged.
The option of "non-refundable", requires a down payment of the total amount on the day of booking and cancellation is non-refundable.
Children Policy
Free stay for babies and Children up to 5 years old. From 5 to 12 years the charge is 8 Euro per night.
Checking-in / Checking-out
Check in Time: 13:00, Check out time: 12:00
Possibility for early check in and late check out on request. Charges accordingly.
